monogamy and polygamy

well, I just wanted to hear your opinions, thoughts and especially your experiences - if you went through both types of "relationship" already, since I myself am pretty torn apart by these two

I wasn't polygamous, I was polysexual and identified as bisexual and poly for a good chunk of my adult life. Polyamory and polygamy are two different things. But I was poly and realized I wasn't. But I spent my entire university era with multiple partners. I wouldn't say i'm closed off to it again, but I think i'm definitely monogamous. Having multiple partners is exhausting, and I don't have time for one partner, let alone multiple. But eh, maybe I just haven't met the right situation yet.

I don't know how you would categorize my... preference.

But basically I would prefer me to be able to roam free and explore new things while my lovers best not even LOOK at anyone else but me!!

... so whatever you would call that
