Multimedia failed

You need to use either chrome or Firefox browser on phone or computer
Edge, safari and internet explorer browsers will not work for cam/mic

Tips/Troubleshooting:
* Ensure you log into the forum first and then log into chat, do this especially if you are swapping to a different browser
* If a chatter cannot see or hear you, they may need to log into chat using the same browser as you are using.
* I personally find Firefox browser works best for me
