My profile keeps refreshing on it's own

Everytime I login my everything resets like the amount of users on here would be like in the hundreds but then it goes back to zero, I'm trying to message my friends on here but the chat profile list keeps disappearing.
 
You're not providing anything for us to work with.
What does "like the amount of users on here would be like in the hundreds but then it goes back to zero" and "the chat profile list keeps disappearing.", mean?

Well any chat room I go in to loads in the users then it goes right back to zero and it does it over and over again. It's in the main chat.
 
Sounds like a poor connection. Alternatively, try a different browser, eg. if using Chrome, try FireFox.

Miss I tried to go to firefox it didn't work is there another way to fix this? Has this happened to you before?

My connection is on high, and I cleared my cookies and cache it didn't work , can you check what's wrong my account?

You're not providing enough information.

How are you connecting to internet
Device type.
Software.
Etc.

People connect to websites via thousands and thousands of miles of wires. Networking equipment/cards could be bad, connection could be bad, other hardware issues could be the culprit...

My device is a android phone
Software google chrome
I'm connected to a internet box.
 
Try a different device. Phone could be faulty.
If another device behaves in the same manner, try a different connection. Try 2.7Ghz WiFi band instead of 5Ghz.

WiFi could be faulty.
Router could be faulty.

Im going to change everything like deleting my account and changing my connection, thanks for trying, I'm going to delete my account September 27, I'll come back in the future thank you for all your help.
 
Account existence has absolutely nothing to do with connection issues.
