Perhaps my failures at arm balance could be the start of a new thread: ass over tits yoga. Or maybe balls over chest in this case. Either way it could be fun to post failed attempts and see what happens.The thought of when and where the whip might come down will certainly motivate me to work on holding that pose.

Fortunately I moved to carpet before attempting headstand from arm balance move. Which was clearly brilliant.
