What song do you put on when you're angry at the world? (Mind is defeatist by Hatebreed loud And angry as all fuck lol)

It depends on who I'm mad at and what I'm mad about. I'm a firm believer that tears are healing so after I scream really loud (usually in my car) I find a song that's relatable, that makes me cry, and I listen to it repeatedly until I can't cry anymore. I won't torture myself for long because then I find a really inspiring song to make me feel strong. I don't like to sulk!

Love everything you just said. When I play mine I crank it up and go for a fast walk and get fresh air and by the end if you the song I am usually good I might punch a tree in my walk lol I only cry at one song but I have it in reserve if I need it lol thanks for the answer
