Thoughts Neighborhood Q&A

@WomenRfromVenus_ are you sure you’re not one of those eye lash wearing motherflippers? I have visions of you floating to your destinations rather than driving
LOL I've actually never worn lashes. Never been to a salon for nails either. Have tried press on at home but they annoy me and don't like the maintenance. My real nails and hair grow really fast. So If I take a notion for length, I just grow my nails out.

Q: do any of you even bother with reading people's information on their profile?

If I'm bothering getting to know someone, whether it be as friends or beyond, I will always read their profile.

Q: how would you describe your current 'style'
Non following any trends. Wearing what makes me feel better about my body. Generally well put together and accentuating my curves. And black, black, with some extra black for good measure.

And what makes you get to know someone. In public what is it that you look for or notice?

do you use a pop of color to go with the black?

Funny, intelligent, similar interests.

My hair helps balance out all the black (blonde). But sometimes nailpolish. A different coloured top if wearing black fitted pants/trousers and a blazer, but 95% of my wardrobe (excl lingerie) is black.

Q: what was your first heartbreak like?

I was cheated on. Felt like what I can only imagine a fish would feel like in water, without gills, suffocating, while being repeatedly hit with a sledge in the stomach until sleep took me.

Years later, said sledge hammer wanted to get back together. I classily said no thanks, moved on, and performed a solid fist pump in my mind.

People can change but rarely do
Trust is a hard thing to regain as well...and without it, you really don't have anything

Q: how different is your persona online compared to your actual person?
I would say not much of a difference...at first thought. However, if I truly analyze it, I am more ME on here. I've realized in the last few months that I want to make my fcn life/personality blend a bit more with real life. Most people know I post pics. I do this for ME. How I feel and how I present myself is so freeing. I'm NOT going to go around showing the fam/friends my nudes, but I need to start carrying myself in such a way that I'm proud and confident with my body. Also, I'm a kind person that can gladly say fuck off. I need that a bit more in real life. Just sayin'
