Honestly I think that you need to talk to your wife about this 3 year rut you are both in. Listen to her side of things. It's very possible that your wife is going through somethings... Possibly depression, anxiety and could be a bit nervous to open up about it. But whatever it may be, communication and listening to each other + willingness to want to work on things together is going to be the solution.

Don't feel embarrassed. I've never received oral myself lol. My last ex wasn't one who was into oral on woman I guess. @SlimShavedGuy you're definitely not alone. It's very normal after years of marriage for sex to become less and less. Sometimes women are just adamant about not giving oral and I guess you must love her a great deal if you've stayed with her this long.
