i deleted old account and it said it was deleted. I made new account named SweetAllessandra. I confirmed it. I can log on my account but it say not authenticated for chat. What is happening?

Did you log out of forum and chat after deleting it, and not logged in since?

When you mislead moderators while they're attempting to assist you, it'll prematurely lead to a dead end of resolutions. That's not to say those changes will result in a resolution, but if people string along moderators too often, moderators will discontinue attempting to assist people with issues and everybody will suffer in the end. Moderators are volunteers.

Let us know when you attempt all those changes. We'll go from there.

Earlier, I was confused on the troubleshooting steps.
I made new email address. I updated in my profile. I registered my account in my email. My FCN account works now. Thank you for your help.
