New chat improvements (this thread exists in two forums)

i know it says to break this up into separate posts but i don't have the will to make several posts.
Ok so there are a lot of features on new chat i like, but that's not the point of the post. So these are the suggestions/thoughts i have regarding this:

+I noticed you can swipe back and forth between two rooms only, but say if a chat was your last open tab you can't swipe between the back and forth between the tab and the room..and i think you should be able to swipe through all your open chats and rooms, like on the old chat.

-I know people might save pictures and you can't really prevent that but i think the share option/button should be taken off of there when you view image.

-Can't see guest users country,i think that should still be available.

-The option to have time stamps on the left doesn't work, and i think you should be able to have fixed time stamps like old chat.

-And maybe you could add a gifs option like you have for the emojis, like most messaging apps have.


-And then the guest name are kinda bulky lol.

And that's all i can think of rn

@CoastBaby nice post and i agree with you, i also will like to add that we sould be able to chat with more than one users into pm maybe 3 or 4 be great i think it will be a major improvement

Have you noticed whether you're actually swiping between channels or whole webpages?

It's really no different than saving and sending.
Uploads expire after certain amount of time.
Did you know that you can delete your own upload?

On which device/software? It works for me in desktop and iOS.

Have you confirmed changes after toggling them in preferences?

@Stanthropical sorry i'm not crazy familiar with the forums so I'm not sure how to quote at this moment.

But i meant swiping between channels on the chat.

Heard on the picture thing, it was just a thought.

And regarding timestamps, yes its confirmed in settings and it's just not moving to the left side, and you only see whatever line you click on, i uploaded a screenshot for reference.

Also- android/ chrome is what i am generally on.
