New chat rooms

When I log into new chat I'm not part of any rooms and it won't let me join a room. I'm stuck in limbo and refreshing doesn't help
 
Can you show a screenshot of where you think you need to be clicking?
Screenshot of any errors?

Was this happening in the past?
When did it start happening?
Which device, OS, browser, version?
