There's a reason FCNs chat is far more popular than Online Free Chat, which uses the same 'new chat' setup. The new one is worse in almost every way. It looks worse, performs worse on mobile, doesn't indicate the country people are from, seems to be more jerky, struggles with some GIFs and images, and even with the same amount of screen space, managed to look more compact. I was on there for a couple of hours last night and the majority of people commenting hated it.
