Its pretty easy, the forum is broken into sections regarding people's various interests. Under those headings are threads, basically people post questions, replies, opinions, what ever is relevant to that topic and others join in with their views.. etc.

Its not rocket science, its just reading and typing.

The sooner these folks learn how to play on a forum, the less 'helpful' we need be and can more thoroughly devote ourselves to to being moderately amusing.

They clearly need help, and even asked for it. The difference is the person/people I replied to and the person you replied to.
