No authentication

Made an account today which I can sign in on the forum, but if I try to go in a chat room I am told that I am not authenticated. Its not my phone because I tried it as a guest and I got in. Pretty confused.

Log in using your other profile(s)
Log into chat using your other profile(s)
Log out of chat using your other profile(s)
Log out of forum using your other profile(s)
Clear cookies.
Log back in using this account.

This is usually caused by people using multiple profiles.

Also, you're posting in an incorrect forum for the problem.

Ok I apologize for posting on the wrong forum, I misunderstood the directions on the help page it seems. I do not have another profile so I will post my issue in the correct forum and continue as a guest until I can figure out the problem. Thank you.
