I had this happen to me all of yesterday. I was able to get into the chat by turning of wifi and going on phone data. It's a good enough solution for temporary use, but I'm perplexed what's causing it and would really prefer a way to fix it.

same - ish - finally got in, but can't remember what i had to do, and no one helped at the time.
