30 years ago today, October 23, 1988: I left this Bills-Patriots game, tied 20-20 late in the 4th Quarter, just to get a piece of ass, for all intents and purposes.

I'm convinced that this short-sighted move simultaneously turned the Bills into a cursed franchise (losing the next 4 super bowls followed by two decades of playoff futility), and the patriots into a charmed franchise. I offer my sincere apologies to all of Western New York.

Actually I did..and also became suspicious of the pizza guy..who had a Luigi mustache, and a mole; the size of a "pizza" pepperoni.
