Open Proxy and not able to Chat

I just got a new ISP, and Roleplay Chat was working just fine on my old one, and now when I try to load up Roleplay Chat, it automatically says I'm banned because of an Open Proxy on my Host? Super Frustrating that I can't even use the thing I come on here for now.

Either your ISP uses the same IP# pool used by scammers/spammers, your ISP uses the same IP# pool for VPN, or your ISP has their network misconfigured (it happens). Nothing we can do. Try a different connection or call your ISP.

Looks like I'm royally fucked then. Not sure how to bring it up to my ISP.

Call them and tell them you're attempting to access a membership website, and the website is blocking you, because the system is detecting open proxy configuration or VPN pool. You don't have to reveal what you're browsing.
