Other members not able to view my profile page

Hi. A few other registered members have told me that they are unable to view my profile page even though I have my privacy settings set as "People allowed to view the details of your profile: Members Only." How do I fix this so that members can see my profile page? Thanks.

They need to be logged in here as well, not just chat. If that isn't an issue, you need to adjust other privacy settings.
