Photos deemed as "spam" and "malware"

Good evening! I'm wondering why the pictures I'm sending to anyone in private messages are being read as "spam" or "malware". This is my third account on here. My first account also had this issue, but my second could post anything without an issue. Please help fix this! Or let me know what I can do to fix this issue.

What do photos contain, exactly? Filenames? File extensions?

The photos are just links of those photos, since the messaging system asks you to insert URLs. When I insert them, the images place themselves in the message as they should, but when I try to send, they're blocked. The files don't have names and are not extensions.

Why can’t you use the upload button to upload photos?

No, I can upload photos and insert them into my messages, but the messages won't send because the images are being read as "spam" or "malware", so the only way to send the message is by removing the image. I don't know what else to do to fix it.
