During our intercontinetal flight, our plane has a critical failure and crash lands in the ocean. Everybody on board goes instantly unconscious, if not dead.

I wake up on the shore of a small island, burned by the sun, still holding to some wreckage I probably grabbed without thinking while drifting.
I stand, look around and find you on the shore. I run in your direction to check if you're still alive. You're breathing, thankfully, but badly injured and unconscious.
I pick you up with both my arms and take you towards the palms, to get us some cover from the sun. I gather a little water from some wrecked luggages found on the shore, and soothe your pain with any medications I could find, while you're still sleeping unconscious.

You wake up two days after and, with your vision still blurry, you see me, crouched down and turning my back on you, tending to a small campfire.
Our characters don't have to end up in bed, but it would be an interesting development.
