I can. A few days ago I voiced my complaints in regards to been unable to scroll back, basically rendering the site unusable for me. First in the bugs forum, then in “I hate this” forum, both of which appear to not have much activity as far as forums go, outside of people complaining on these larger threads, where the staff appears to be active. My post(s) on the other hand have received no response. Nothing to indicate the problem is been looked into, nothing to tell me it might be something wrong on my end, no request for additional information. Nothing.

So as previously stated, it’s hard to not feel ignored when the staff are seemingly busier telling people to put up and shut up, than addressing the issues. I’m willing to be patient at this stage, but how patient must the community be?

Is a different browser behaving the same with scrolling?

1) "Your account or client is banned: VPNs are not allowed as they are commonly used for spam. Countries known for spam are also blocked. (be1db663)" this is the message I'm getting when I try to log in.
2) I've had this internet (Google Fiber) since May or June and was able to use the chat just fine till this week.
3) Not sure about the different browser with the scrolling. Have always used Fire Fox. Old Chat would auto scroll down, annoying but manageable. New Chat was a nightmare, lol, but was willing to deal with it being the only option.

There have been multiple location update threads and while the one you are referring to may not have portrayed the answer you are looking for, I responded to one stating how and why posting a countries location does not dox anyone in anyway. Either you are confusing yourself with what the word dox truly means or you are being argumentative just to be argumentative.

As for the other threads that have gotten no response, I cannot answer that one. It could be a myriad of reasonings of why that particular thread has gotten no responses.

Personally I do not believe aesthetics are as important as others such as latency which has gotten better since the start of the switch

I have read your post(s) about your issue and it is difficult to understand. You mention pressing the button to make the keyboard disappear but what button is that? The more information that is posted about this issue the better it is for us to understand the issue and try to come up with a solution.

This is the kind of response I would have expected on my post(s). But seeing as you have directly addressed it to me here, I see no reason to withhold the requested information, and I’ll assume you are unfamiliar with iPads and they layout. If I may direct your attention to the attached screenshot I have taken of my keyboard, you will see in the bottom right corner that there is a button I have circled. Pressing said button makes the iPad keyboard disappear when I decide I do not require it at the present time, either to free up screen real-estate, or I am stopping my typing for whatever reason.
As I have previously outlined, whenever I press said button on my keypad, I am no longer able to scroll backwards in the chat. Moreover, even when my keyboard is up, I lose the ability to scroll backwards.

Is this information sufficient? The error occurs when using both Safari (the default browser) and Opera (Which I use for purposes such accessing the chat site, and browsing porn). I have not yet tested on my phone, as I don’t desire to use my phone for interacting on this site.

This thread is a mess. If you have a specific issue, please start an appropriate thread in an appropriate forum and give us the specifics on your issue.

Before reporting bugs and errors, PLEASE, update your software, disable any ad blockers, disable any private/incongito mode, turn off VPN, disable browser add-ons or special keyboards and see whether that solves your issue.

When you're ready to report a bug or error, please describe your problem in detail, add a screenshot if you think it can be helpful, tell us which device you're using, which OS and version, which web browser and version you're using, are you on WiFi, cellular data or something else. Information on the CPU of your device may help.

I appreciate the thought about the latency and the opinions on the threads themself. But if you were trying to answer about the first thread I mention, there is no reasoning as to justify the fact privacy isn't exactly privacy when the country you live in is displayed for public, an option to hide it would be much appreciated in general.

But I understand if it's hard for repsonses considering threads are repeated frequently, best of luck otherwise improving upon performance before aethetics, looking foward to a better chat.

Mozilla is junk now. They wrecked FF early last year—that's when problems with FireFox started happening in mobile and desktop versions alike.

Try Edge browser.
 
The new layout is all over the place. Can there at least be an option for those of us who prefer the old version of chat to the new?

Old chat has been taken off unmaintained life support and dissected. Salvaged parts have been distributed to various sex machines around the world. The soul, however, was piped into new chat. It'll only get stronger over time. Feel the force. This is the way.
 
Why not give the option of new or old chat ?? I don’t care for the new one Old version was easier up navigate and visually more comfortable
