A very significant amount of children are misdiagnosed with ADHD and oppositional defiance disorder when they truly have bipolar. If people would be more open and honest they'd have so much more support. It's weird, the more I bring it up casually the more people I find that are like me! (I wonder if they're lil sex demons too)

Lol - positive outlook and subsequent bonus! I'm thinking back to an ex who was diagnosed ADHD and pumped with ritalin as a child and dexamphetamine through teens and looking back the drugs did the opposite of what was expected and the people with no disorders that he stupidly sold them to at parties were all flying off their heads when he would end up really chill when he took who knows how many but I'm 100% sure it was over the prescribed dosage.

Anyway, in hindsight his unpredictable rollercoaster crazy nutter highs and sudden af deep dark lows may have just been bipolar huh? I wonder and sorry to sound ignorant but is it possible to have both?

PS: also a total sex demon btw

It is possible to have both but I don't think it's common. The best approach is to stabilize the mood first, then reassess
