I love that!!
Today I was in the fire. One bad call, an angry, messenger shooting member. I almost quit. Almost put my badge on the desk and walked out.
But I didn't. Because on the other side of this fire, may yet be a promotion. The promotion I came so close to getting a year ago. The promotion to a permanent trainer after being a temporary trainer 2 1/2 years ago.
Perhaps soon I will rise from these ashes. Either as a trainer, or in a different job.
