Thoughts Positivity and happiness thread.

My positivity to you all is:
If your feeling down and can’t be arsed, feel like your constantly at work, doing house chores, shopping, looking after kids etc.

I would highly recommend you get outdoors more, if you want make time for yourself or with your kids, can’t beat making memories with your kids, taking them on adventures up mountains, caves, rock climbing, lakes.

seriously tho, the outdoors is great for stress relief, mental health, fitness, memories with your kids, adventures.
It might feel hard to motivate yourself at the start but once your there doing it, it’s the best feeling ever and also seeing your kids smile is well worth it…….

enjoy the outdoors, love nature, make memories

Did you know that in their first three appearances in the Eastern Conference Finals that Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls lost to the Detroit Pistons. In their fourth appearance, the Bulls finally defeated the Pistons to advance to the NBA Finals. The Bulls, of course, went on to win the first of six NBA titles over the next eight years.
