Thoughts Post your little thoughts.

Isn't it funny how we'll bring ourselves down or self-sabotage ourselves? We say we want something, some result. We say we have dreams, places we want to go, someone we aim to be, things we want to have.

Yet, we find ways to suppress those thoughts. By engaging in lesser priority tasks, by making excuses, by wasting our time mindlessly and deceiving ourselves in not seeing it all.

We live day to day, incrementally, our actions and our outcomes a direct result of our subconscious. Excuses are convenient. They keep us safe. No risks taken, no failures to face.

What does it take to be in sync with our own self? To have the courage to look into ourselves, ask the hard questions and allow the true but difficult, challenging answers to surface. How long and how deep shall we keep lying to ourselves?

I'll be not so sophisticated this time.
Each one of us will be able to answer your questions when we'll stop living inside our comfort zones. And I'll give you a simple example, me. Even now that I'm typing those words just the thought of getting out of my comfort zone scares me, makes me nervous and I don't wanna adult.

I'm not really looking for anyone's answers. I believe we all know our answers, as they pertain to our selves.

Anxiety truly sucks and I hate how it makes me feel like everyone hates me even when I know it's not true but I get inside my head too much and just wish it would stop.

I think there should be a separate category under "Social" for "Hookups and weird ass questions".

Seems there's been quite a few in the last week. I read them and I'm torn between rolling my eyes and ignoring those threads, or itching to be a smart ass.

I can't believe people actually still go to Times Square for NYE. No bathroom access, can't get back in if you leave to find one, people drinking. I'm sure everyone knows where this is going
