You can even justify it nowadays. Just add fiber and vitamins. Wouldn't be too different from a protein shake.
I suddenly want an ice cream making machine to make protein ice cream and frozen yogurts.

Problem with that is that I'll lose interest in frozen crap soon enough and it'll collect dust for years with me using it few times per year. It would never pay off before it breaks.
