Have you tried taking a nice warm bath before bed? I know some people have apps on their phones that make calming sounds to help people fall asleep. For me I smoke marijuana or eat an edible but not everyone can do that of course. Maybe you need to take some melatonin I know it's a natural thing. My mom takes it since she has trouble sleeping herself and it helps her out. I like making sleepytime tea at times like before I used marijuana.
Yes I take a bath almost on a daily base to calm myself down... it sometimes works if I go to bed right after. I smoke Marijuana when I'm on holidays, that helps a lot but I can't do it when I'm working because, stupid reasons.
