The fake profiles interact with men a certain way. Those men then think it’s ok to interact with all women that way. So, real women become less and less expressive because it invites annoying behavior. It’s unfortunate, but with all the spam profiles, it’s the way it goes.I don't really get the rating thing either. If I post a picture (I occasionally do) I appreciate any like or nice comments. But if you have nothing nice to say, just ignore me.

Recently there has been a surge of "women" posting web pics asking for rates, thoughts or comments. Some of them are so obvious, I don't even need a reverse picture search. Yet they will get dozens of replies. At the same time, look at the "male physique" thread. No appreciation, participation or encouragement from women. I understood this site as participation website, where everyone is allowed to express his/her sexuality and/or feel a bit naughtier than in "real life". It feels like that mindset is less and less present...
