2 stuffed knees I can't run but I walk for about 6 kilometres a day (4 miles)Running is a damn hard exercise. I've been able to make it to running 5 miles without stopping, but my pace isn't good. The more I run the more respect I have for people who have completed half or full marathons.

Maybe I should invest in doing something like that lol I tried doing the low carb diet and just too much and the food u can only eat gets boring and you end up feeling sick of it. After my birthday imma start so then I can get to my goal so I can finally get my breast reduction surgery going.I've started a high protein shake way of life and it's really working for me !! I feel great and about 10 pounds (5.8 kilos) gone so far x

I'm going to have none tomorrow I think it's time lolI used to have 3 sugars in my coffee. I slowly dropped it back to two then one, then half a teaspoon. One day I decided to try it without sugar. Now I can't stand having sugar in my coffee.
I figure that I am sweet enough I guess lol
