Related to the posts related to health, wellness, fitness, etc.

It's clear to me that if I don't take care of myself, I'm going to run into a whole host of health problems, and even though, normally, I'm not old enough to be worried about them, I think I've been reeling for a couple years from all my unhealthy habits I've had most of my life.

I'm still young enough to turn it around, but it's starting it and sticking to it that's the difficult part.

I think a lot of people can relate. I sure can.

Some habits and foods are toxic and best cut out of our lives. We have to first have the courage to admit what things in our lives or around us are bad for us. It takes time to change our taste buds and surroundings and live the healthy life we want.

Kudos on starting early. It's forward thinking. You'll get to experience life better and happier.

You are uneducated on doing your research .. lillith is again hypocritical as fuck ..invalid statements against women deciding how long their photo stays up as if a anyone is entitled to show anyone a picture in the 1st place .. you're the same you bitch and moan because someone tells storm shes pretty in the count down thread ..because idk you're insecure ..what's the purpose

I've started a high protein shake way of life and it's really working for me !! I feel great and about 10 pounds (5.8 kilos) gone so far x
Maybe I should invest in doing something like that lol I tried doing the low carb diet and just too much and the food u can only eat gets boring and you end up feeling sick of it. After my birthday imma start so then I can get to my goal so I can finally get my breast reduction surgery going. :)

I'm down to half a sugar in my coffee lol that took some getting used to but I'm loving it

The one I'm on is Australian I think... but I'm finding it really good I can have 1 cheat meal a week and still drink beer woo hoo lol... really enjoying it

I used to have 3 sugars in my coffee. I slowly dropped it back to two then one, then half a teaspoon. One day I decided to try it without sugar. Now I can't stand having sugar in my coffee.

I figure that I am sweet enough I guess lol

Yeah sounds like an Australian one for sure if it allows you to still drink beer and 1 cheat meal a week!
Especially if you have one night of alot of beer during the week then everyone needs a cheat meal for the next day otherwise it would be cruel to deny anybody that luxury, so yay Australia! :)
