Yeah well I always say no one has the right to down someone's illnesses regardless of anything but it's also rude when you're told... "Well at least you don't have cancer." Yes I'm glad I don't but don't dismiss my illnesses like they don't mean shit just because it's not fatal. I deal with a lot of things and I've been judged and told horrible things so I feel people need to be kind to each other. Having cancer and going to die is different than having some chronic illness where you can still live but nonetheless people should both be treated the same regardless if someone will die or live.

I'm speaking based on what you are saying. I know what the quote says but you can't just come and say that someone who isn't dying can't have it worse than a dying person. Everyone experiences things differently. Cancer patients smoke weed to help with their pain and what they are enduring and I smoke weed because it helps what I'm enduring. That picture with it saying.. "at least you don't have cancer" that shit is said to me a lot and been told that a lot been pushed away by doctors as well just because I'm not a cancer patient doesn't mean my illnesses don't matter. They should matter whether I'm dying or not. Sick is sick and yeah some chronic illnesses are invisible illnesses but they still matter. People want to just show support and think fatal illnesses are just the only important thing when it's not.

I have to constantly walk and exercise to stop my muscles from seizing up, it is humiliating. I look like I'm having a seizure when I walk.

I was quite angry at some of the insensitive comments, but then I realised, this is the internet, some people are just better trolls than me. I tip my hat and thank you for the lesson.
