Even in written word, one knows when someone raises his / her voice. The impatience in your words and message is felt as if it was spoken out loud. There was a time when you / I also wished people had a little more patience is a little more tolerant. We each have something to give no matter how small. Before you / I become impatient with someone who does not preform to your / my standard remember we are also not perfect. So let us be more tolerant even to those who test our patience. It's easier said than done but possible.
