Follow up on Mrs. Mouse ...
With careful planning, I put out three mousetraps with pumpkin and sunflower seeds last night.
Waking up I wonder if I have caught the little git so with great anticipation I jump out of my bed and go investigate. I do not know if I should be happy or disappointed but all three of the mousetraps were empty.
So Mrs. Mouse was granted another day. I suspect she realized it was getting dangerous to live here. Her family members disappeared one after the other. She probably realized yesterday when she sat and looked at me on the white throne that trouble is coming big trouble and go packed her bag and made sure she got away before she also became a victim.
Wise decision if you ask me because, I can not afford such free lodging of mice the cost is just too high.
Anyway, I'll put out the mousetraps again tonight just to make sure there's is no more Mrs. Mouse and that she did left.
I also hope she took all the remaining children with her because there is no orphanage for orphans in the area.
