Thoughts Post your little thoughts.

I love seeing the cats sleeping midday, resting from a busy night of needlessly running around the house and creating havoc throughout the night.
Do your cats lie in wait in dark hallways, anxiously waiting to attack you? Ahhhh, such great childhood memories :D

Just as an athlete needs to apply discipline every day and exercise faithfully to stay fit and to be the best he / she can be so it is with mental health(besides proper medication). Positive thinking and action do not come overnight you have to learn them and be disciplined. Positivity does not mean you ignore the negative and are never discouraged or sad it means you over come the negative by searching for the positive in difficult times.

The other thing about cats is they know they are opaque but insist on placing themselves squarely in front of whatever you try to read or look at. I have tried to reason with them, explaining how their opaqueness interferes with what I'm trying to view. All that I get is a look like they're saying "one of us is a simpleton." smh

I know we all have our problems but fuck, sometimes I just want to crawl in a ball and cry. I won't give up ever but sometimes I want to for a little while, maybe a few hours. But I can't escape. So much shame over the past and fear of the future. I hate when I feel like I don't have any options, but the thing about fighting is that I do... they're not fun choices and it's painful, but it gets better over time.
