Sometimes someone just needs to be heard. Don't shut people out, it only does much more damage then intended. I was listening to this song and thought of just how many people need to be heard.. need to have a good conversation filled with laughs, because laughter is (sometimes) the light of life. Reach out. Be heard. ESPECIALLY if you're struggling with something. Demi Lovato (and many others) are living proof that you can.. and will- make it.

The secret is I rearranged the living room and the basement so my kids have a game room. Now I'm hoping my living room stays quiet, no TV, and my peacefulish place :)

Why is everyone so damn busy?! For my dad and brother's Christmas gifts I made coupons for Lunch with Lilly, Coffee with Lilly, etc. And now I'm like damn, I hope they make time to use them. I wanted to buy my dad a certificate with my massage therapist because he needs it more than anything but I don't think he would take the time for it. It's not just him, it's most of us. I feel more like my true self in the last week than I've felt in so long!! It's been so nice to be at home, crafting, cleaning, watching movies with my kids, having friends over. Damn, I really hope I keep making time for these things when school starts back up. Life is too short to not have time for myself and others.

7. Put all troubles in old kit bag and smile, smile, smile.

Have you ever choked on your feelings, trying to keep them down so no one knows? Do they see you struggle for a breath? You can feel it now, it's here. You're not normal. None of this is normal but there's no way to stop it. Just breathe. Slow, steady, close your eyes. Rest and it'll be a little better when you wake up.
