People change. It's only normal. But the problem with that is people change without telling you or giving you a warning. So you are left stranded while they have made up their mind that they don't want any of this. Makes you look foolish.

Extremities always get cold first, they're at the most extreme points of the body... so blood wont be as warm as it is in our core.
