Sometimes your own words can't convey the feelings enough. With music it's the lyrics but it's also the feelings the music evokes. Same with art. I get it because I do it a bit. It's so hard to put how I feel in words. But in the highs and lows of a song I can hear my soul

There is certainly a lot of craziness in the world. That is certainly observable. My suggestion is to acknowledge the challenges and then do your best to be a positive influence in the world. Be kind. Be respectful. Be a good human. Don't get stuck in negativity and worry.

The last few weeks work has kept me very busy and it still keeps me busy. This weekend I looked a little more round here again and it's truly pathetic that people ... adults (supposed to be) are so incredibly hateful, aggressive, unreasonable and intolerant of each other. Kindness does not mean you have to be someone's best friend no less does it mean you have to decorate someone's wall with messages to prove it sometimes kindness is also to go your way quietly and just leave people alone one does not always need to express your opinion of anger and hatred to the world .... anyway ... I'm thankful FCN does not control my emotions and thankful work keeps me busy.

It's interesting to me how someone can work so hard at distancing themselves from others in an effort to protect themselves even though they are much less strong when they are alone.
