I've experienced this way too much when I lived in the backwoods of West Virginia. One guy that I could barely understand often had his daughter there who fortunately would translate for me since his accent was too thick.

For the FCN people ...
1. Who thinks everything that is posted is about them... you make your life so difficult for yourself because the world doesn't revolve around you everything can't possibly be about you
2. Who read an insult in everything... you also make life difficult for yourself not everything is meant as an insult people have different humor and come from different cultures, backgrounds and countries where certain things that are an insult to others is not an insult to them.
3. Who finds a reason to find drama in everything...
you're really not doing yourself any favors you're just going to end up being a target for trolling or being made fun of.
4. Who rely on follows and likes as a sign of acceptability... you're going to make yourself really unhappy here because people are under no obligation to like everything or anything of yours or to follow you. It should be a free choice for people what they like and who they follow. Here in forums, following doesn't really mean much, it's a help if you also chat regularly so you can see if a friend is online, then it makes it easier to chat with them and track them down.
5. Who have unrealistic expectations of others .... you are in for so much dissapointments not because of them but because of your expectations the less you expect the less you will be disappoint.
With all of the above you have a few options
1. you take part and hand out that is hand out to you in a fun way
2. move on calmly without disturbing yourself or others with nasty remarks or insults
3. pm that person to sort it out instead of making drama in forum
4. use your ignore option and poof it goes away and you don't see anything anymore about that person (the option does have one disadvantage, then you might pick up problems in the threads so think carefully about that option you can ignore without really using the option)
5. Never have high expectations it always result in disappointment
FCN is a place where people come to escape from daily problems. We have the choice to make it fun or drama why choose drama if fun is more relaxing ?

When/if I'm getting old, like even older than I already now, I'm going to get a subscription on paper newspaper.
