I'm not meant for big corporations. I'm not meant to be a number. I want to make a difference, I want to be seen. I want to be appreciated for who I am and what I can bring to the table. Watching my company go from just 50 to 600+ people is a struggle. And feeling like I don't matter sucks.

Thinking about getting a small tattoo. Something to signify my rebirth and freedom found this year. Something visible and tangible.

A constantly reminder to stand up for myself and never forget how hard I'm fighting to become a new version of myself.

I've never gotten a tattoo before. But for some reason the instant I thought it, it felt like I should.
