Is it just me or are people mislabeling their personal entitlements and illogical expectations as fucking standards, particularly in the last 10+ years or so? Society has become a fucking shitshow. And whatever the fuck has happened to rewarding above average competence, rather than glorifying adherence to bare minimums?

That's a real person on the other side of the conversation you are having. Remember that. Real feelings, real thoughts, real pain, real love. Goals, fears, families, friends, hobbies, pets, and pet peeves. Never forget that. They are not a tool for sexual pleasure. They owe you nothing. You owe them respect. You owe them kindness. There is no excuse for any other behaviour. Grow with people, laugh with people. But when you can't evolve past "it's just a sex site" perhaps it is time to rethink yourself.
