Thoughts Post your little thoughts.

Sometimes you have to put yourself first. It might feel selfish, but taking care of your own needs, doing things that make you smile, and choosing peace over pleasing others is necessary for your well-being.

Spend time doing what makes you happy whether it's reading in silence, going for a walk, learning something new, playing a game, having a pint or just resting. Your happiness isn't a luxury it's a foundation for a healthier, more fulfilled life. You don't owe your energy to everyone, and you don't have to justify your joy.

It's OK to let go of what no longer serves you. People, places, situations if they drain you, it's OK to move on. Holding on to things out of guilt or fear will only keep you stuck. Moving forward is not giving up, it's choosing yourself.

Remember: being "selfish" isn't always bad. Sometimes it's the bravest, kindest thing you can do for yourself and, ultimately, for those around you

I'm so sick of apologizing for these things. I meet people when I'm doing well and sociable and then made to feel like shit when I feel the opposite...even when i warn them i get like that.. and then i get anxiety about coming back and having to apologize. it is so nice to know I'm not the only one. May not be for the same reasons but still nice. Sorry...mini rant.
Never apologize for taklng care of you Frosti. You're an amazing human and have been so good to me. You're fabulous.

I'm curious. If you know someone who is always nice to you, who encourages you and seems to care, but then you hear something bad about them, do you reach out to that person or cur them off?

Carnivore! 😱

If I’m late for tomorrow yesterday, did I already miss what hasn’t happened yet again?

If my memory forgets what I remembered to forget, does that mean I remembered it wrong correctly?

If I say nothing about something I didn’t think, was the silence still a lie I didn’t know I told?

If I understand that I don’t understand, doo I finally understand, or is that just meta-ignorance?
