Former. I’ve never monitored a network…for human traffic.
I always think it says so much for anyone who struggles that they find so much time to think of others. That’s why you’ll never be alone @Bailey94I struggle with moodiness. It sounds like something trivial that I should be able to handle, or an excuse to shirk responsibility. But it’s a real thing I guess and I deal with it. I’m not whining about it. Not really sure why I’m posting this. I guess I’m just amazed at how I can swing from one mood to another so easily, how my brain can hold me hostage just by telling me things I know aren’t true, but I believe anyway. I know I’m not alone in this. I see many of you struggling. Many of you whom I love very dearly. Let’s keep reminding each other we’re not alone
Try things like inositol, magnesium, theanine, creatine, adaptogens like ashwagandha and such, plus other common supplements. It's worth at least trying them in appropriate intervals and doses. Many people would be surprised how effective they can be.I struggle with moodiness. It sounds like something trivial that I should be able to handle, or an excuse to shirk responsibility.
