I've been having a pretty hard time lately, well actually way longer but tonight helped me gain perspective.
I went to a show staged by and for people with disabilities and just seeing everyone have so much fun and how much work the actors and the carers put in hit me right in the heart. Seeing some good in the wild.
And more personally I didnt feel alone for the first time in an age, a friend told me I am family to them and it meant the world to me, as I have no contact with my biological family.
Between that and wearing my old engagement ring I felt love.
Anyway sorry for the not so little thought
