Taking a 4.5% pay cut for slightly less work, so I can have more time for myself, which i pushed for. But it's going to feel more like a 6.5% pay cut, because I've been doing slightly more work for the last quarter or so. Am I doing the right thing? Not that there's an option to go back now at this point. It feels right, but feels wrong, while feeling right yet wrong... FUCK.
