Also - I stopped using the sugary flavored creamers because of all shit in that stuff. I’m using monk fruit sweetener and half and half. But now I can’t get my coffee to not taste bitter. Too much coffee? Need more or less sweetener? Cream? I can’t find the balance. Someone help 😫
I use pure maple syrup. As a natural based sugar it processes better in your digestive system. I also use oat milk.

One day, I hope my kids looks back and remember not perfection...but presence.

That even on the hard days, mom was always there.

That when my kids doubted themselves , mom still believed in them .

That love showed up in a thousand quiet ways, in sacrifices they didn't see, in prayers they never heard, in moments I chose them again and again.

And when they look back at their childhoods I hope what they feel most is this:

My mom was always in my corner.

Always loving me.

Always caring.

Always trying.

Table sugar = all sucrose, coming from plants.
Maple syrup = mostly sucrose with water and irrelevant trace minerals, coming from plants.

Body will process it all the same or nearly same. Anything outside of that is badgering BS. You can make your own maple syrup by adding water to sugar and a few drops of same minerals and your body won't care.

Same nonsense with molasses and honey, but technically, because they have more glucose and fructose than maple syrup, they're better for your liver.

In spite of all that, she's looking to remove sugar, not add sugar.

As a child of such a mother, I can tell you it may take them growing up to realise how hard life is, or it may not, and they will just see. But what I see in mine is the woman who was there every step of the way and still is. No matter her struggle. Strong and a fighter, who taught me that giving up is not an option, that whatever happens you can handle it.

You are teaching them great strength and perseverance and you're doing it all for them. They see, they feel it. That is what makes a great mother ❤️
