We remember bad experiences better than good ones, which is often explained as being an evilutionary survival mechanism.
We now live in an age where we really don't "need" such a skill anymore. As a matter of fact, people who are more often happy probably have a better chance of being successful in passing on their genes suppose. Does it mean that on the long term humans will get happier as a form of "evolution"?
