I think I'll try prepping containers of individual ingredients for a week and see how that goes. Prepping individual meals for a week doesn't seem to be my speed.

I'm watching the last day of the may sumo basho. Usually they film the rikishi (wrestler) from the side, slightly from above.
During a break, the camera switched and filmed the combattants from above. Suddenly rhe ring looked so much smaller.

I hate seeing so many friends here hurting like some of you are. Just know that you all bring smiles to a lot of faces here. And I’m not talking about the countdown threads, or the daily nude post threads (although they also bring smiles
