It's important at times to appreciate the people you've met in your life who have brought you joy, family, friends, partners, strangers, any variety, the world can be cruel and tough and stress can weigh you down. To know you've had and still have people you find warmth in, and who find warmth in you, even if they're not in your life anymore, even if you don't see or talk to them very often, life is what we make of it, and I think remembering the kindness we've been gifted by others can put a little more spark into life, and will help us pass our own kindness and warmth to others in our future. We're never alone, and I think that's beautiful

Amazing good for you!I’ll be honest I wasn’t going do my mountain hike today because I knew the weather was shit.
The gods tested my mental wellbeing there, they threw everything at me…. Rain, sleet, snow and torrential rain, got be the wettest hike to date but I did it.
Biggest mountain in the UK conquered for the second time, smashing my personal recordhoping the 2 girls getting carried down with hypothermia are ok
