I am a glorified agent for property investers and specialise in investment properties all over england and wales. My clients give me the properties they are looking at for forthcoming auctions and i will review the legal info then give them a 15/20 page report on the property and adivse them if it is a good investment or not.
Then deal with the post purchase of the property by acting as agent for planning, section agreements and valuation office.
They can either pay me a one off fee (which is my bread and butter) or they can sign up for me to act as their agent for a period of 12-24 months
