Hi everyone, I have this problem since i was 20.

When I start masturbate or having sexual act and my dick become hard, it start loosing something like cum, i don't think is a normal reaction, but sometimes even without touching that, I found my pants wet.

I think is called precum (líquido preseminal in portuguese) is a drop of semen fluid before orgasm, yes?? This is common with many men I think...

Yes, I think that too, but its a lot of quantity, it start dripping and no stop until the orgasm.
