Problem with actions

When viewing actions they are only showing on half the screen. I have attached a screenshot and was wondering if you knew how to solve the issue. It has only occured today and several users are having the same issue

Not really an issue as it will only work on mobile. Using a computer or tablet will alleviate the problem

I have been having the same issue, it wasn't there before but it's been quite annoying for a few weeks. Is it a bug or a technical glitch? It also distorts all texts in main as well as pms
