I've tried to upload a picture in chat and keep getting the message saying An error occurred: Unauthorized (you must be logged in as a registered user)

I am a registered user however, so why does that message keep popping up?

@SexyAsianBitch Thats the only way i log into chat. ever since i joined the site, i've always entered chat that way and never as a guest. the issue with uploading a pic only just started happening a couple weeks ago and thats the first time i've seen that message.

Wifi, and my connection stays steady actually. Whenever i'm logged into here, or any other site for that matter... i don't lose connection. I do experience some occasional lagging though along constant loading issues with the chat rooms. The user list appears and disappears numerous times and has been doing so ever since the site got updated.

The lagging and disappearing and reappearing of the users list means your connection has dropped and reconnected. Without knowing the details of your hardware it is impossible to know

which hardware? the browser i'm using or the type of router i have?

I'm using Chrome and my router is a Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac

and as i said in a previous message, i don't have any connection issues with any other website i visit.
